         \u201cWhen I start a meeting I tend to have my agenda in front of me and I take my watch off and put it in front of me. This keeps me on the ball and to the point.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

         Sam believes it\u2019s also important to follow up with your coworkers when it comes to these agendas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
